coaching options
My coaching levels are designed knowing that the needs of every client will vary. Regardless od the level, every client get a custom tailored training plan and program that takes into account each client's personal performance goals, as well as time constraints, abilities, and work, family, and other comittments. What makes each level different is the amount of communication and feedback that clients at each level receives. If you want to get started, complete a New Athlete Form.
level 1: $225 per month
With Level 1 programs we'll discuss your training log and training data on a weekly basis via phone and email. With this level of communication, you'll get the most out of each training session and learn best how to make sense of your training. It also puts us in a position to make adjustments on a weekly, even a daily basis if needed, to the program to maximize results. What I think is important about Level 1 programs is that clients learn the most about how to train, how to interperut the results of their training, and how to react to the results of their training. After one or two seasons at Level 1, clients can usually, if they want to, move forward with a level 2 or 3 program, and feel confident that they'll see good results even with out such a high level of communication.[view details for this option]
level 2: $150 per month
At Level 2, we'll have monthly reviews of training, monthly phone calls and email to develop an effective training plan and schedule for the coming month. After one or two seasons at Level 1 many clients will often move to a Level 2 program, being more confident about their ability to manage their training through the month having worked with me at Level 1.[view details for this option]
level 3: Generally $75-$200
Level 3 programs are self-coached programs ranging from 4-12 weeks. We'll have a productive conversation and then you'll be set-up with a training program that best addresses your needs. If you need help planning your season, addressing a weakness or two, or preparing for an important event, but don't feel like you need much communication with a coach through the training process Level 3 programs might be your ticket.[view details for this option]
